Job Summary:
The Dispatcher will coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring timely response by assigning drivers and vehicles to requests. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records and adhering to company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure drivers and vehicles meet company standards.
- Enroll and train new drivers.
- Plan routes, communicate with drivers, and ensure compliance.
- Handle problem-solving and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, logistics education a plus.
- Prior experience in dispatching or logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
