Job Description
Zarea.pk is seeking a Chief Operating Officer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, sales, vendor management, and procurement. The ideal candidate should have a background in textile, cement, steel, tech companies, fertilizers, and top manufacturing companies or telecommunications.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational excellence.
- Boost productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead growth strategies and expansion plans.
- Prepare annual operation forecasting report.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience in sales, operation, and procurement.
- Expertise in strategic planning and business development.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
