Zameen Developments is currently seeking a Front Desk Officer (FDO) who will be responsible for managing visitor interactions and ensuring excellent communication skills. The specific duties may vary depending on company rules and regulations, but some common responsibilities associated with this role include:
Job Responsibilities:
- Reception and Greeting:
- Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Communication:
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments within the organization.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
- Distribute messages to the relevant staff members.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing reservations, or processing paperwork.
- Front Desk Management:
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols.
- Facilities Management:
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure a clean and orderly office environment.
Personal Attributes:
- Punctual and reliable.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.

General Education Degree: Bachelors/Masters
2-3 years of experience is preferable
