Job Description
Ibex, for one of its global clients, is seeking a Director Integrated Marketing to shape strategic branding and marketing communications across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute vision for marketing and brand communications
- Drive conversion, acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- Lead sales and marketing team in generating new digital and social media ideas
- Align marketing activities with campaign and strategy
- Research market trends to enhance revenue
- Manage multi-channel campaigns and content calendar
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- 7+ years of Advertising, PR, or Marketing experience
- Industry experience in insurance or financial services
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Expertise in campaign strategy and copywriting
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Comfortable with EST time zone
