Role Description:
This is a full-time role to be stationed in Lahore. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, including business planning, operations management, finance, budgeting, and analysis. The Chief Operating Officer will work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or in a relevant field
- Civil engineering degree is a plus
- Strong business planning skills
- Expertise in operations management
- Analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes
- Experience in financial management and budgeting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Experience in project management or in the industrial sector is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience in managing and leading large teams
