Job Description

Position: LiveChat Supervisor

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore (Not a remote job)

Hours: Mon-Fri 6pm – 3am

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of call center agents to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and manage call center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the call center team.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills to meet and exceed operational goals.
  • Adaptability to work night shifts.

Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within a call center environment, preferably in the US market.
  • Proficiency in English communication and a proven track record of successful team management and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, meeting targets and objectives.
