Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data on textile manufacturing processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate financial impacts of process changes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production managers, engineers, and quality control teams.
- Project Management: Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion.
- Market Research and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years in business analysis within textile manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and provide insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data analysis.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects.
