Job Description
StarBazaar is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, implement, optimize, and report performance marketing initiatives across Paid Social channels to drive traffic and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Manage affiliate partnerships for optimal campaign performance.
- Collaborate with design team for affiliate ad network campaigns.
- Utilize tracking tools to monitor campaign performance.
- Manage monthly payments to Affiliate partners.
- Run ad campaigns across web and app DSPs.
- Generate and analyze reports, identify trends, and optimize campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters in Business & Marketing from recognized universities.
- 2-3 years experience in performance marketing, focusing on affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Experience with data tracking and analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of web and app DSPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
