Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to C-Level to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives at One Network. Join us in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executives.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing/editing presentations and reports.
- Coordinating projects, collaborating with teams, and providing technical support to senior management.
- Organizing meetings, managing calendars, and welcoming visitors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2-3 years of technical or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and strong technical skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and pay attention to detail.
