Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sell and organize online and on-site training courses across various industries.
- Build strong connections with training managers to effectively market courses.
- Develop sales strategies and assess market training needs.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance training programs.
- Lead and supervise trainer performance and program effectiveness.
Courses Offered:
- Lead Auditor: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2022
- Technical: HSE Health and Safety, Work at Height, Fire Safety at Work, Risk Assessment, Lifting Equipment Operator Training
- Awareness & Internal Auditing: HACCP, HALAL, IMS Standards
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5 years in training or certification body.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Expertise in course development, strong leadership, and team management skills.
Soft Skills Required:
- Verbal and written communication, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Planning, time management, and innovative program development skills.
Qualifications:
- Analytical skills, communication, sales operations, negotiation, ISO knowledge.
- Experience in oil & gas, construction, or power industries.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
