Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Supervisor for one of its leading clients in the Power Industry.
Location: Tharparkar, Sindh
The Construction Supervisor will oversee the construction of a Resettlement village, ensuring site execution aligns with design, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring site activities, ensuring safety, sharing progress reports, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor construction project execution per drawings
- Coordinate and obtain necessary HSE documents
- Ensure quality standards and proper construction techniques
- Prepare gate passes for material and manpower movement
- Comply with HSE standards, security protocols, and other requirements
- Conduct on-site inspections and analyze data
- Check plans, quantities, and drawings for accuracy
- Oversee site labor force and contractors
- Ensure work completion without defects or delays
- Check technical designs for correct implementation
- Ensure project packages meet specifications, budgets, and timescales
