Job Description
Role Specifications:
- Manages and creates PO, ICPO, and end-to-end payment and invoicing processes.
- Coordinates with procurement and finance teams.
- Manages multiple tasks related to procurement, vendor contracts, and budget management.
- Drives improvement of processes and standards in the region for areas including procurement, budget management, POs, and contracts.
Skills Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with various teams.
- Proven work experience in marketing operations, managing campaigns, and optimizing processes.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
Experience Requirements:
- 3 years work experience in procurement function.
- SAP experience is a must for this role.
- Experience in managing vendor payments.
Education Requirements:
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communication.
- Certifications in SAP/ERP will be preferred.
