Location: Block J3, Johar Town
Package: Handsome Salary & other benefits
Education: Graduation / Master Degree
Experience: 2-3 Years
Responsibilities:
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining Employees record in ERP.
- Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting performance evaluations and preparing salary.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Competencies/Skills:
- Excellent Communication (Written / Verbal).
- Team & Time Management.
- Distribution Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
