Job Description
As an Access Management Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in providing approvals for user account/role management.
- Ensuring access permissions follow the least privilege principle.
- Participating in access reviews to verify appropriate access levels.
- Documenting findings and supporting remediation efforts.
- Implementing access management policies and ensuring compliance.
- Supporting users with access issues and resolving incidents promptly.
- Maintaining RBAC models and contributing to security training.
- Promoting best practices for secure access and password management.
- Preparing access management reports and suggesting process improvements.
- Staying updated with access management trends and best practices.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Experience in financial institutions and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of access control principles and IAM systems/tools.
- Understanding of RBAC and least privilege principles.
- Ability to assist users with access problems and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports on access management.
