Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, orders, shipping, and returns promptly and professionally.
Assist customers through email, phone, chat, and social media platforms.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, striving for first-contact resolution.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers.
Collaborate with departments like logistics, marketing, and sales for customer satisfaction.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Stay informed about products and company policies to offer precise assistance to customers.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant team members or managers.
