Job Description
A renowned office in Gulberg II, Lahore is hiring candidates for the position of Truck Dispatch Executive for the US Campaign.
Job Requirements:
- English Communication: Necessary
- 6-12 Months Sales Experience (USA Truck Dispatching Campaign) – Preferred
- Hardworking, punctual, and proficient in English communication
- Qualification: O-Levels, A-Levels, Bachelors
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes
- Scheduling freight pick-ups and deliveries
- Providing shipping details to customers
- Reviewing logs of truck drivers
- Documenting calls, deliveries, routes, and times
- Completing shipment-related paperwork
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Negotiating rates and delivery timelines
