Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director at Ocean1 Private Limited in Karachi. The Assistant Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing staff, organizing events, and providing leadership in various aspects of the company’s operations. The Assistant Director will report to the Director of the company.
Qualifications
- Leadership and managerial skills, with at least 3 years of experience in management
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the field of education and overseas education consulting would be beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or relevant field
