Company Description: TechnoSys is a leading IT team in Karāchi, Pakistan, specializing in retail ERP solutions since 1998.
Role Description: Responsibilities include managing support operations, training, performance evaluation, and customer issue resolution.
Qualifications: Analytical skills, customer support experience, communication, problem-solving, ERP knowledge, and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
Working Days: 5 days, Rotational Shifts (9am – 6pm and 2pm – 11pm) at PECHS Block 2.
