Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing and resolving customer concerns, and providing support for Goyzer software applications.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
- Analytical Skills
- Exceptional communication/writing/verbal skills in English.
- Experience in managing and resolving customer concerns
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
