Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Services Associate at Hawk Revenue Group Pakistan in Lahore. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. Your tasks will include resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing guidance and support throughout the billing process.
Qualifications:
Customer Service Skills, Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, team player, computer proficiency. Prior customer service experience is a plus. Graduation required.
Location: Johar Town Lahore
Experience: 6 months to 1 Year in a Call Center
Timings: 9 Hours (Night Shift)
