Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator for E-commerce to join our team at Big Futur Digital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our online presence, including graphic design, content creation, coordination of deliveries, and maintaining brand integrity on marketplaces such as Daraz. Responsibilities:
- Oversee graphic design and ensure visually appealing online content.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage listings on e-commerce platforms such as DARAZ, focusing on optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date product information and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics.
- Implement strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to online purchases.
- Continuously optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
