Job Description
Job Description: We are hiring for the position of Planning Manager/Deputy Manager with relevant experience in a Construction & contracting firm at MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Specification:
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 7 to 10 years of experience required.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Primavera.
- Location: Johar Town, Lahore.
- Permanent post based at Head Office.
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm with 1-hour break (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Skill Requirements:
- Planning and project management skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
- Capability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Software Skills: Visio, PowerPoint, Word & Excel, MS Project & Primavera P6 (mandatory).
Job Duties:
- Preparation and sharing of approved budgeted Manhours, resource deployment plan.
- Monitor and analyze material lead time and update baseline project schedule.
- Prepare baseline work schedule and monitor throughout the project.
- Prepare and present project budget comprising all decided cost centers of the organization.
- Providing S-curves, percentage variance reports as per planned and actual works.
- Earned value analysis and determining different parameters (CPI, SPI, TCPI).
- Monitoring budget, cash flow, and financial plan w.r.t execution plan.
- Monitoring delay events, risk register log, and prepare EOT & Cost Claim.
- Presenting monthly/weekly progress meetings with other departments.
