Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in Software House and BPO industry
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
