Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Catalog Trainee to join our team. The Catalog Trainee will be responsible for managing product information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings, and optimizing the overall catalog for a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Catalog Management:
- Create and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information.
- Classify and categorize products appropriately for easy navigation and searchability.
- Regularly audit and update the catalog to reflect changes in product offerings.
- Data Accuracy:
- Verify and maintain the accuracy of product data, including pricing, specifications, and images.
- Collaborate with other teams to gather and validate product information.
- Content Optimization:
- Optimize product listings for search engine visibility and improved customer experience.
- Implement best practices for product titles, descriptions, and other relevant content.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in product information across various channels.
- Collaborate with inventory and sales teams to manage stock levels and product availability.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular quality checks on product listings to identify and rectify errors.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any catalog-related issues promptly.
