Job Description
Vocal CyBridge, a prominent telecommunications company in E-11/2, Islamabad, seeks a skilled Sales Specialist. Responsibilities include phone sales of crypto and education products to international markets like the USA and Canada. Key tasks involve handling cold leads and converting them into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone sales for crypto and education products in international markets.
- Handle cold leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Guide and respond to customer queries via phone calls.
- Maintain high English proficiency with a British accent.
- Communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
- Stay updated on Vocal CyBridge’s product offerings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in financial industry or digital financing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Exceptional English skills with a British accent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of financial products, especially in digital financing.
- Strong listening skills to grasp customer needs.
Shift Timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
