Job Description
Key Responsibilities/Required Skill set:
- To attend all issues/requests logged on Issue Logging System (ILS)
- To provide technical and business assistance where required
- To provide guidance & support to all phone calls received at ITG Application Support Team
- To ensure smooth working of software applications
- To input different activities in multiple applications including Core Banking Application
- Responsible for Helpdesk Mailbox Monitoring & Response
- Operating System knowledge Problem Identification/Resolution in a timely manner
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, operations, policies & procedures, and internal controls
- Must have strong analytical, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Qualification:
Four (04) year Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent qualification from a reputed university.
Experience:
At least 01 year of relevant experience.
