Job Description:

Develop and implement processes for customer onboarding and lending. Responsible for overseeing digital banking onboarding processes and optimizing lending operations to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Evolve processes for customer onboarding and lending
  • Manage user acceptance tests for implementation and reporting
  • Evaluate flows and develop products for customer convenience
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Develop digital process and liaise with tech for implementation

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computers, Finance, Science, Arts, or Commerce.
  • Knowledge of updated regulatory compliance requirements/framework.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Leadership, Motivation, Timeline assurance
  • Good Communication skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills
  • Developing a comprehensive product strategy for digital banking
  • Provide training and support to team members

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in onboarding & lending or a relevant field.
