Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our international team. The successful candidate will manage HR functions, ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, and foster a positive work environment. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Salary 80,00 PKR / Month, ONSITE Position in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
