Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at Ministry Of Human Rights(NCRC) located in Islamabad. As a Stenotypist, you will be responsible for transcribing spoken or recorded information into written form using a stenotype machine or typewriter. You will also be required to proofread and edit documents, manage and maintain records, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in stenography and typewriting
- Excellent listening and typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
