Job Description
Implementation of digital payments and general banking processes. This role involves enhancing payment systems, improving customer services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform digital payment and general banking operations
- Review customer flow for digital payment inquiries
- Ensure compliance with digital banking regulations and internal policies
- Provide digital customer service and support across payment and general banking platforms
- Verification of flows and approvals as per policy and recording in the system
- Test specific use cases for transfers and payments on digital channels
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computers, Finance, Science faculties, Arts, Commerce, from a reputed institution
- Knowledge about digital payments processing and general banking
Qualifications and Skills:
- Team player, hardworking, problem solver
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with Digital Banking
- Well-versed in MS Office
- Time Management
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in payments and general banking or relevant field.
