Job Description:

The Associate Manager of Collection & Recovery in Digital Lending Business is responsible for managing the collection and recovery processes for digital lending products. New products and initiatives are a regular requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to optimize collection and recovery processes, ensuring compliance.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts, analyze customer behavior, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records, stay informed about regulations, and provide team training.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in collections, recovery, or risk management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferably Masters/MBA or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years in collections, recovery, or risk management.
