Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Aerospace Engineer role at AA Robotics in Lahore District. The Aerospace Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing aerospace systems, conducting aerodynamics analysis, and implementing systems engineering principles. The role also includes working with aircraft and spacecraft technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
Required Skill Set:
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Command on Catia V5 and able to carry out aircraft design tasks.
- Design and build prototypes of mechanisms, inspection test plans, acceptance criteria, and design reports.
- Understanding of manufacturing/prototyping processes, including 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC machining, and composite materials.
- Good understanding of Computational Fluid Dynamics and the underlying mathematics.
- Must be proficient in using ICEM CFD, Fluent, or equivalents.
- Must be proficient in CAD surfacing, geometry cleaning, and producing high-quality mesh for CFD analysis (Static and Dynamic).
- Must be able to use post-processing tools to interpret CFD results and carry out necessary modifications.
- Able to work efficiently individually and as a team.
