Job Description
Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to join our team for an offshore assignment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing CRM solutions. This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with stakeholders, translate needs into functional specifications, conduct gap analysis.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with teams, define workflows, roles, security settings, develop documentation.
- Implementation & Testing: Assist in implementation, create test plans, conduct testing, facilitate UAT.
- Training & Support: Create training materials, offer ongoing support, monitor system performance.
- Project Management: Participate in planning, manage tasks, ensure documentation completeness.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, requirement gathering, workflow design.
- Proficient in creating detailed documentation, SQL queries, reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively.
