Job Description

Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field from a reputable institution.

Location: KSA/GCC region

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Business Development preferably within the agriculture technology sector.

-Fluency in English, Arabic, and other regional languages.

-Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

-Proficiency in CRM software and experience with lead generation techniques.

-A self-starter with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

-Undergo a training period to gain a deep understanding of Poulta’s smart poultry farming solution.

-Develop an understanding of Poulta’s sales process and go-to-market approach.

-Identify and qualify leads within the various assigned markets.

-Schedule meetings and tailor the solution to the needs and challenges of each client.

-Represent Poulta professionally at virtual and in-person meetings with international clients.

-Deliver compelling presentations and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.

-Champion the deal closing process and ensure successful customer onboarding.
