Job Description
• Develop and run data privacy governance framework to manage various types of data within TMB.
• Work with key internal stakeholders in the review of projects, related data, and agreements to ensure compliance with local data privacy laws and advise on privacy impact assessments.
• Ensure that TMB’s IT systems and procedures comply with all relevant data privacy and protection law, regulation, and policy.
• Collaborate with the Risk division to maintain records of all data assets and maintain a data security incident management plan.
• Coordinate and conduct data privacy assessments of various solutions/systems.
• Serve as primary contact for data privacy issues/queries.
• Develop and deliver privacy training to various functions/departments.
• Monitoring changes to local privacy laws and making recommendations.
• Taking initiatives to ensure engagement with key internal and external stakeholders related to data privacy.
• Manage the data privacy network across all TMB offices.
Education & Experience:
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years experience in the financial sector in a similar role.
• Sufficient knowledge of information technology, cyber security, and data management systems required.
• Strong change and project management skills.
• Knowledge and experience with DLP solutions will be a plus.
