Responsibilities include extracting quantities, creating material takeoffs using Bluebeam, assisting with cost estimates, maintaining accurate records with QuickBooks, and managing projects with Asana. Collaboration with project teams is essential.
Qualifications:
- 2+ yrs experience in construction takeoff & estimating
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, QuickBooks, & construction terminology
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills
