Job Description
Xgrid Marketo Specialist with at least 6 months of experience to support our Marketing Automation Platform, Marketo. The successful candidate will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and process optimization. This role will be keen on analytics and is dedicated to maintaining data integrity. The Marketo Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance marketing efforts and drive lead generation.
Job Description:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of marketing campaigns within Marketo.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to target content for email nurturing.
- Manage lead scoring and lifecycle methodologies.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including emails, forms, and list imports.
- Develop and optimize landing pages.
- Track and measure marketing campaign performance.
- Assist in creating sales and marketing reports.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience working with Marketo – certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of the B2B lead funnel.
- Experience with email nurturing and database management.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for marketing technology and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
