Job Description
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, SCM, Stores, Quality, and Logistics departments.
- Assist in maximizing production efficiencies and utilizing spare capacity.
- Allocate and monitor resources effectively.
- Support in planning and scheduling production activities.
- Handle labor management and resolve labor-related issues.
- Maintain high product quality standards in collaboration with the Quality department.
- Ensure timely product delivery by supporting the Logistics department.
- Monitor and optimize production processes.
- Work under pressure to meet production targets.
- Use ERP/SAP to monitor/update production status.
- Address and solve production-related problems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of FMCG industry experience.
- Proven labor handling and management skills.
