Role Description:
Seeking a full-time Sales Manager to oversee daily sales, lead generation, client management, and team leadership. Collaborate with marketing to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify sales opportunities
- Build strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Manage sales team and meet targets
- Collaborate on sales strategies
Preferred Experience:
Previous team lead experience in sales settings.
Compensation:
- Base salary: Rs. 150,00
- Sales commissions and bonuses
