Job Description
As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to installers by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. You will communicate with installers via phone, email, or chat and work closely with other teams to ensure installer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage installers and provide training as per requirements
- Respond to installers inquiries promptly and professionally
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Record and document issues and resolutions via excel sheets
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues
- Stay updated with product knowledge
- Continuously improve skills through training
- Conduct Training sessions and Product Demonstrations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking technologies
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Customer-focused mindset
