We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Creative Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of agency experience and demonstrate exceptional creativity at both the ideation and concept levels. Strong writing skills, team management abilities, and a passion for agency work are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop creative concepts and campaigns from ideation through execution.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure creative alignment with project goals.
• Generate innovative ideas and provide creative direction to the team.
• Write compelling copy for various mediums, including digital, print, and social media.
• Manage and mentor a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
