Role Description:
Lead a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the software development life cycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET technologies.
Implement microservices architecture and apply SOLID principles and design patterns in the development process.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies.
Perform code reviews, identify potential issues, and suggest improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on time.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the .NET development field, microservices, and software design patterns.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on database design, optimization, and performance.
Support and maintain existing applications, ensuring their stability and scalability.
