Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator at Buland Heights is responsible for managing property listings, customer inquiries and reviews, reservations, rate adjustments, collaborating with property teams, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all property listings on Booking.com are accurate and appealing.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews.
- Oversee the reservation process and handle cancellations and modifications.
- Review and adjust accommodation rates based on market trends.
- Work closely with property management teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Monitor competitors on Booking.com and suggest strategies to stay competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in using Booking.com platform and tools.
- Experience in hospitality or travel industry, preferably with online booking platforms.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Fluent in Speaking International and Local languages; additional languages are a plus.
