Job Description
As an Operations Team Lead, you will lead daily operations at Naseeb Online Services (Pvt) Ltd – ROZEE.PK. This remote position involves planning, coordinating, and supervising operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
You will be the primary contact between team members and management, collaborating with a talented team, gaining valuable experience, and contributing to ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send detailed client invoices promptly and accurately.
- Facilitate timely communication with clients and builder portals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and create performance presentations for senior management.
- Monitor payments, manage daily operations, and support operational strategies.
