Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for various projects.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in event management and business development.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in managing successful events and driving business growth.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
