Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Our Territory Manager is the front-line leader responsible for managing distributors and trade in the designated territory. The role ensures effective distribution operations, meets sales targets, and drives meaningful change through purposeful growth and digital transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive business growth and sales volume
  • Enhance competitive visibility in stores
  • Coordinate operational plans with distributors/customers
  • Negotiate and plan joint business strategies
  • Manage eRTM and optimize routes
  • Support digital transformation in the territory
  • Understand financial matrices for business profitability
  • Lead and develop talent within the team
  • Ensure business Key Performance Indicators are met
  • Analyze and improve processes post-implementation

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
  • Active field presence and market insight
  • Ability to strategize and execute effectively
