Job Description
Main responsibilities and key tasks:
- Receiving visitors, answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail. Tracking all incoming and outgoing dispatches and coordinating with each department.
- Arranging all domestic and international travel arrangements, including tickets, hotels, airport pick and drop.
- Supervising housekeeping of staff facilities, such as meeting rooms, offices, washrooms, and prayer rooms.
- Supporting Administrative Services Coordinator in canteen & food management.
- Generating HR/Admin related purchase orders (PO) and purchase requisitions (PR) in business flow.
- Inspecting designated areas daily for cleanliness, functionality of lights & ACs, and ensuring weekly fumigation is done.
- Managing administrative tasks in daily plant operations.
Job requirements:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
