Job Description
General description of the job:
This is a client-facing role that is part of a team focusing on providing high-quality voice-over projects by owning and managing the day-to-day relationship with studios and artists and ensuring client satisfaction by ensuring the smooth running of VO sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Voice-Over projects briefed internally or directly by the client;
- Act as a point of contact for dedicated clients and/or Project Managers;
- Assessing requirements, querying, collecting material, planning, quoting, and scheduling VO sessions;
- Build a clear understanding of our end client’s brands and develop strong relationships with all stakeholders;
- Sourcing and negotiating with Voice-Over artists, recording studios, and suppliers;
- Gathering and sharing scripts with studios, supporting assets, and VO direction briefs;
- QA of VO recordings;
- Support client databases, approval process, and maintaining relationships;
- Attending remote Voice-Over sessions;
- Supporting other language services projects when required;
- Ensure timely completion of all admin tasks.
