Job Description
Job Title: DGM Sales
Location: Korangi, Karachi
Industry: Engineering
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputable institute
Required Experience & Skill set:
- Minimum 12 years of senior managerial experience in sales.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Experience in national sales and marketing.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies.
- Retain and enhance market share nationwide.
- Motivate and manage marketing department personnel.
- Prepare and monitor the annual marketing budget.
- Set and achieve quality objectives.
- Ensure receivables are within limits and paid on time.
Remuneration:
- Gross Monthly Salary: PKR 300,00 – 325,00
- 1300 CC company-maintained car with fuel.
- Medical expense reimbursement for self and immediate family.
- Bonus, leaves, P.F, group life insurance, etc., as per company policy.
