Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Call Center Manager to oversee daily operations, manage agents, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising call center staff, achieving KPIs, optimizing productivity, analyzing data, setting goals, managing finances, and more.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a call center
- Sales experience in diverse industries
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient with technology
Sales target audience: Globally & North American Region
Location: Karachi
Shift: Evening | 06:00 pm – 02:00 am
